Contest Rules
1. Sunroom Value up to $25,000 and includes regular installation. There is no cash value for this prize.
2. Submission of entry form serves as permission for Tip Top Construction to contact you via telephone, internet, or direct mail regarding promotions and events. Names are not sold.
3. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Tip Top Construction. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail or telephone. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable. Tip Top Construction assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. If the winner purchases products from Tip Top Construction prior to drawing date, and wins this contest, winner will receive a refund for the cost of their product(s) up to $25,000. Winner may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s names and likeness, as well as pictures of project, for promotional purposes without further compensation. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries or mail. Winner must claim the prize within 30 days of receipt of notice. Winners must take delivery of prize within 6 months of being notified by Tip Top Construction.
4. Sweepstakes open to homeowners 18 years or older. Offer void where prohibited by law. Offer valid in Tip Constructions trade area of great San Antonio. Employees and their family members are not eligible to win. All federal, state or local regulations apply.
5. Prize value of $25,000.00 will be calculated at normal Tip Top Construction catalog prices.
6. To enter, all entries must be received separately on official entry form by 12/15/12. One winner will be selected no later than December 30, 2012. 7. This sweepstakes consists of one thematic presentation during the year. A winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received from all presentations. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. No purchase or in home product demonstration required to win.
8. Only one entry per calendar year.
